Where to begin. Michelle was truly exceptional. I met her on our search for our dream home. As a first time homebuyer and not knowing much I was impressed with her level of knowledge and way to make us feel comfortable on our journey and answering ALL our thousands of questions . Michelle was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness is incredible, no matter what time she always replied. If she didn’t pick up, she always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. We purchased a cabin with loads of work with a FHA loan so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. She and her husband (Our Mortage broker) told us that going in and highlighted the concerns they had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. They went above and beyond to help us get the appraisal approved and make sure we can get our FHA loan approved. Michelle even came on her off weekend to help us make sure everything is in order for the appraisal.

Michelle will work with you to make your desires a reality. Michelle is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Michelle was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat and keeping us updated along the way. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that she and her husband would get the job done – and they did!
